Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with large bed (we stayed in superior matrimonial room), good breakfast! Also after check-out still helpful and flexible for keeping our luggage, providing a cab and we were welcome all day in the shared areas until pickup

This 2 night stay was part of Exoticca group tour. Don't judge the structure; very interesting hotel history - all part of Inca era. Safe. Gated. Location is steps away from the main plaza. Staff is pleasant and professional. We were in Room 203 (window view of narrow lower street blocked off to traffic) backs off to a residential area with dog incessantly barking all night long. Our room although a bit tight was basic, neat and clean. There are no fans, only a portable heater is provided. Shower early before it runs out of hot water. Decent breakfast in a lovely setting. Center courtyard has an interesting well. Horrible wifi. TV has limited channels (no english). Lobby always has coca tea leaves to help alleviate altitude sickness.

Me quedé en este hotel con mi familia por 6 días. Hermoso hotel situado a 3 cuadras de la Plazoleta de San Blas y como 6 cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Es una casona en una calle angosta, como muchas callecitas en Cusco, con dos patios con jardín para disfrutar del sol, bancas coloniales, un pozo de agua que debe tener más de 100 a?os y con una arquitectura colonial muy linda. Muy tranquilo y con un personal muy amable, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento. Siempre tienen termos con agua caliente para hacerte tes y mate de coca para combatir el mal de altura. El desayuno buffet es buenísimo!!, con mucha variedad de comidas calientes y frías, incluidas frutas frescas, jugos naturales, pan huaro, quinua, yogurt, café, te, huevos, verduras y otros alimentos andinos. Delicioso y nutritivo, especialmente si viajas con ni?os. La habitación era muy cómoda, con ba?o privado, agua caliente e incluso tienen un calefactor que nunca tuvimos que encender porque las mantas eran suficientes. Lo más lindo es que tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en una Ofrenda a la Tierra en uno de los patios . Ah, ellos también tienen un restaurante hermoso que parece un museo colonial on pinturas originales y reproducciónes, así y arquitectura que te hace sentir que estás en otro tiempo. Se llama Artisano. Pregunten, porque la vale pena ir! Es un hotel muy recomendable, si quieres in lugar tranquilo y familiar!
