Guest：Guys ski trip. We booked months in advance in building 170-172 however upon paying up just before arrival, we learned use of the BBQ on the balcony is prohibited by Bylaw during winter. Spa/hot tub out of service. We were reassured the adjoining swim tub was still avail but actually was not operational upon arrival due to filter failure. It was 96°F. The hot tub was drained. There was an electric sauna here but what's the point and technically that spa was posted "ferme/closed". We were saved by having access to a bigger & better hot tub in the next building 166-168 which we enjoyed however no sauna. Walking to hot tub next door thru two parking garages wasn't horrible. Ski out access should be termed "slipe access" was not from our building it was from adjoining building 166-168 beside the hot tub. You walk a short uphill, across a short flat and back up a slight hill to get to the slope "Sentier des Pruches" then put on your skis. After the +14°C rain & snap freeze -21°C overnight it was risky and a bloody nightmare. Skiing IN is all downhill. Condo 172-9 itself was top shelf, gorgeous, modern, clean. Fully equipped kitchen just missing a grease splatter guard, frying everything due to the BBQ being off limits was messy. Bring more paper towel, you're only given 1 roll. Unit itself was amazing. The rest of the building issues I've outlined was NOT quite as advertised. 4 min walk to village. Ski conditions were terrible due to 34°C temp change in 24 hrs.
