The room was clean but had some wear and tear.There is no fan for when guests cook light meals.The view is beautiful and overall the staff quite helpful.

Kali pertama stay sini, bilik dia seperti kondo dual key yer, 1 rumah dibahagia kepada 2 bilik.. so far okey jer. Pihak pengurusan pulak buduh x bagi baucer breakfast just suruh snap photo resit i bayar hotel ??????

The location is stellar. Overall I would suggest this hotel and stay there again. Excellent views! Minor issues are that there are only 4 lifts for a 40 floor building which is enough for a residential building but not for a hotel. Be prepared to wait on the lift. Also the restaurant on the 37 floor is terrible, avoid it! All in all, enjoyed my stay in KL and this hotel.

Номер пошарпанный, имелись пятна на постельном белье, диван был прожжен, окна грязные. В душе нет перегородки и лейки со шлангом, только тропический душ.
Вид на парк и башни.
Предоставлены зубные щетки, тапочки, чай, кофе. Есть гладильная доска и утюг.
На последнем этаже над бассейном есть сад, откуда открывается красивый вид на город.
Выезжали в аэропорт в 8 утра, стойка регистрации работала (она не круглосуточная, это надо учитывать), залог вернули быстро. Персонал вежливый.

My nine-day stay at Ceylonz Suites KLCC by Mana-Mana, booked through Trip.com starting July 17, 2025, was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had, primarily due to Mana-Mana’s abysmal service and deceptive practices. While Trip.com’s platform is convenient, their delayed response exacerbated the issue. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property and approach bookings with caution.
Mana-Mana’s failures were glaring. The room provided was not the Deluxe Triple Studio I booked; it was smaller, with a filthy bathroom that was either barely cleaned or not cleaned at all. Their customer service was a disgrace—calls were ignored, put on endless hold, or abruptly disconnected. Mana-Mana’s denial of providing the wrong room, even after I escalated to the Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDN), and their delay in approving a refund wasted four days of my vacation. Their unprofessionalism and apparent prioritization of other booking platforms (e.g., Travelocity) over Trip.com bookings is unacceptable and reeks of dishonesty.
Just look at the pictures and know that is what Mana Mana will give wrongfully you as a Deluxe Triple Studio and it will not have the amenities or the size shown in the listing details on the website!
Trip.com, while offering a solid booking platform, fell short in handling this issue efficiently. Their Room Guarantee policy promises a matching or better room, but it took four days of persistent follow-ups to acknowledge my complaint, as they relied on the unresponsive Mana-Mana to verify the issue. Their initial offer of Trip Coins was insufficient for the disruption caused. I had hoped for faster, more proactive service from Trip.com to resolve such a clear breach of their policy.
Avoid Ceylonz Suites KLCC by Mana-Mana at all costs—its poor hygiene, non-existent service, and deceptive practices ruined my trip. Trip.com should improve partner oversight and response times to prevent such experiences. Check reviews on other platforms before booking and consider direct bookings to avoid similar nightmares!

-: rooms are quite new, but already worn-out, there is a great view, but windows are dirty, you can hardly see what’s outside, sheets and pillows with dirt and blood marks, stiffest bed, I’ve ever slept on, no bath curtain in shower, so everything gets wet after somebody goes to shower, toilet rim survived nuclear war, but needs to be buried and replaced - it is not possible to use toilet with it, sound isolation is poor, so you can watch series with your neighbors
