Everything was clean !!! Checked in early due to my transportation. Lori at the front desk was so friendly and kind. Definitely coming back when I come visit Baltimore again.

Amazing staff, very clean and well maintained. Close to a lot of things. Honestly, some of the best customer service from Lorrie, the operations manager that I have seen from almost any hotel I've been to. Personable, friendly, and funny.

Location is great, parking is easy. Front desk staff was incredibly kind. Our only gripes were that the bedsheets are SO thin and we were freezing all night- a blanket would be nice to add! Rooms are sort of dated, but when you’re just sleeping there, it doesn’t matter much.

The room smelled , the shower was dirty and we felt very rushed at check-in and the parking was extremely confusing so we ended up with a 75 ticket
I would not recommend this location to anyone also the curtains had tears in them

Providing peace, in a much needed time
The hotel is beautifully located in Baltimore, to reach anything you would want to do. We were staying specifically to be close to John Hopkins University Hospital. One of the most stressful events in anyone’s life is major surgery. The incredible staff took care of us, and provided us the peace, and tranquility we needed before major surgery. Their sense of humor, their attentiveness, and empathy are rare in this world. I cannot say enough, good things about the general manager, deputy general manager, the front desk, team. Oh, and a wonderful bartender who made a great martini. I highly recommend this hotel.

By home away from home- and always never lets me down- the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the place is so convenient to the water and my Irish pub and the water taxi is just around the corner and the deli next door has good reasonable food if you don't want to dine out. And the cinema is at the corner next to an icecream shop- what else does one need?

Great hotel in a prime location
Great last minute stay. Room was clean everyone who I encountered was super friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Enjoyed getting wine one night and a basic breakfast and Starbucks coffe was good. Parking was easy you can’t beat this location. I felt safe walking around inner harbor during the day and great restaurants all around loved walking to fells point for a Sunday morning coffee and breakfast. Would stay here again.
