Guest：Rented a condo here and it was terrible. I gave it 2 stars because the apartment itself was amazing. The realtor was helpful. Now the building itself is horrible.pets are allowed but you have to take the employee elevator. Security in the entrance are horrible. We registered our pup and every single time we when in the building we would be stopped. It was stressful going back to the apartment we were renting. It looks like there's no communication with each department Second the pool. It's beautiful but no towels available we have to bring our own . And if you wet the hallways outside there's a fee. The building is categorized as elegant/luxurious. It's not that's now how luxury works. Bellman didn't offer to help with luggage when I arrived. So many restrictions . Second getting a second id was hard . We only got one our stay. Everything a guest came we had to pick them up. This building knows nothing about how luxury building are supposed to be.
Guest：The apartment was lovely with an excellent view of the city. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Check in was fine, however you do have to go up one flight of stairs to check in as there is no lift, however, after check in the lifts are available to and from the reception and room areas and the gym and pool areas. Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars and there is a 7 Eleven a minutes walk away. Grab is easy to book to visit everywhere in the city. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to experience all there is to offer in Manila.
Guest：Accommodation was okay. Nothing special for a two bedroom apartment. Not many extras. No coffee etc but provided what we needed. Only one access card provided, which was annoying. great swimming pools on the 36th floor tho
