Semplicemente FANTASTICO! Il palazzo si presenta molto accogliente come l’Appartamento che ci ha ospitati. Curato nei dettagli. Spazioso e indipendente con una piccola ma funzionale cucina. Riscaldamento autonomo… il personale molto molto garbato e disponibile!

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and I have to say it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was bright, cozy, and above all very clean — exactly what you hope for when you want to take a little break. The staff was extremely kind from the very beginning: always smiling, helpful with any information, and quick to take care of any small request. The location is convenient for getting around on foot and enjoying the area. Overall, it’s one of those places where you immediately feel at ease. I would happily come back and definitely recommend it!

At end of September my wife and I spent a wonderful eight days at Palazzo Rotati in Fano. Although described as a boutique hotel, it was actually much more than that. We had essentially an apartment with a separate dining room where we were served fresh breakfasts each day at a time of our choice, as well as a sitting area, kitchenette - and a balcony terrace that looked out over the rooftops of the renaissance town... The Palazzo is centrally located in Fano, which is a small and compact yet fascinating town, ringed by ancient walls, with lovely piazzas and museums and many good dining opportunities. It's also handily on the coastal rail line, with several interesting places in easy day-trip range. Our rooms at the Palazzo were kept beautifully clean and Gabriela, the owner, was responsive to our every need. I understand she is now thinking of hosting cooking classes for those staying with her - which, given the delicious lunch she cooked for us, would be well worth looking out for !

Wir wurden herzlich willkommen gehei?en, das Appartement ist in der Altstadt, sehr vornehm, mit sch?nem Innenhof, stilvoll ausgestattet mit den antiken M?beln, gro?, alles top sauber, das gro?e Bett sehr bequem, das Frühstück üppig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Palazzo Rotati!

Struttura accogliente immersa nel centro storico. Camere spaziose, pulite e dotate di vari comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Le camere grandi spaziosi e ben organizzati. Una colazione con le torte e le marmellate fatte in casa come i vecchi tempi…..Anche solo il giardino interno vale la pena andarci…. Ottimo servizio che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua.

Sehr nettes ,famili?r geführtes Haus ,sch?ne gekühlte Zimmer in zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück serviert im Garten auf Wunsch ,fantastische Auswahlm?glichkeiten ! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Herrschaftliches Geb?ude in der Altstadt, sehr zentral und doch ruhig, grosszügige R?ume, bequeme Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstück im Garten im Innenhof, Garagenplatz mit Parkierservice, sehr freundliches Personal, Preis-Leistung waren für uns stimmig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Un palazzo storico meravigliosamente ristrutturato , tutto curato nei minimi dettagli , dai nuuovi materassi memory foam(ho letto molte recensioni che li criticavano ma la qualità è top), all’ottima colazione sia salata che dolce servita in camera, la calorosa accoglienza dei simpatici pelosi della struttura Tony e giack e quella della direttrice che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente
