The room did not have enough power points and it did not have any bedside lighting. Both these things would be helpful. As well I had to ask for help to operate the free to air television. Would have been useful if the instructions were laid out.

No tv station channels when asked staff member he was very rude, air con didn’t work either the room was very hot and other guest were very noisy

This was perfect for my needs. Clean, quiet, felt safe. Facilities were available and location was great for what I needed. Check-in was accommodating and easy. Communication was clear.

Stayed in the Budget Double Room, Shared Bathroom.
The price was definitely not "budget" enough for what you get. The room and shared bathroom were very old and dated. There's no soundproofing at all and was kept awake until late each night. The double bed was uncomfortable and collapsed in on one side.
