Guest：Having just read the reviews, the bad ones are completely true. We stayed here for 6 nights. The bed sheets were never changed,left without loo rolls. Balcony dirty,very high bath and dated,no sockets near a mirror, so annoying.No information or leaflets in the room.The fridge was behind a door, so felt warm. No kettle ! Glass partitions on the balconies,so no privacy. When you see the outside of the hotel in the brochure, you think it will be a lot better.The breakfast is absolutely dire,didn't bother going after day 1, the dining room is dated, not very welcoming, poor atmosphere. Cheap enough to eat out. No evening entertainment ! Could do with seating at the front of the hotel.I didn't see a life guard during my stay, also the outside shower is inadequate for the size of the pool, didn't see any rules either. Plenty of loungers, although the seat pads are not the best. The lobby bar, excellent and the staff are friendly open 24 hours, even serving hot drinks. The lady in the supermarket lovely. Location is good. We would come to Sunny Beach again, but NOT this hotel !
Guest：This hotel has made up my decision that I am not booking anymore Jet2 holidays. No way is this a 4 star, 3 star at absolute best. We went to breakfast once and I couldn’t find any cutlery, the food was inedible. Wow, the noise levels up until early hours is terrible, chavs on the balcony until 3 am blaring music and talking loudly, reception were not interested. Bar staff are friendly but reception staff are just young uninterested and unfriendly. I would avoid!
Guest：After coming to this hotel for many years ( my husband has mobility issues) the management have now decided that mobility scooters can no longer be used in the lift. After hundreds of people must have used these lifts with a mobility scooter they have now decided people with mobility issues can no longer use their scooters in the lift . This has lead to me contacting sunny beach mobility hire to rent a wheelchair as our room is at the other end of the corridor so it's not feasible for my husband to walk that far. Please be aware that sadly it seems this hotel does not want to cater for anyone who requires alittle more than "the norm" But on a plus note the bar staff are absolutely amazing but sadly the management of this hotel lacks in customer service skills
