非常完美的度假村，酒店的位置绝佳，很喜欢别墅设计和装饰风格，重要的是注重细节和品质，当然还有环保考虑；工作人员很友善，入住时带客人介绍酒店各个设施，海滩也完美，每天都想去休息座着享受沙滩和阳光；度假屋有属於自己的专用游泳池，卧室和衞生间设计装饰让入住客人舒适；酒店提供的SPA服务比较贵，但是也是享受，在舒缓的音乐中有要睡觉的慾望，技师操作的专业技能高；早餐很好。刚好遇上皮划艇免费活动，由於是第一次体验这个运动，开始有点适应，不过很快就熟练的，工作人员在前方带领，很负责任，体验这个过程很好；早餐就餐环境舒适，在吃早餐的时候同时也能够享受到海滩景色；退房後有酒店专车和服务人员送到出岛的码头，非常感谢工作人员的热情接待。

The resort staffs is friendly and helpful. The room is great, clean and tidy. The beach is in front of the resort with white sand and clear water. There are lot of activities provided. Excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure

Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

Соответствует во всем своей звездности! Подготовились ко дню Влюбленных и красиво украсили территорию. ?? Персонал очень внимательный ко всем запросам. Завтраки разнообразные, в том числе много сладостей, натуральный мед в сотах , хамон нарезка и сыры с плесенью ???? ммм! Мыльные принадлежности с лемонграссом , в действительности спа отель где отдыхаешь душой и телом ?????
