酒店员工友善，很有礼貌。酒店提供早餐，选择也不少。房间乾净整洁，而且够大。唯一不足是酒店位置不佳，搭车要多一点时间。

The check in in this hotel was a nightmare! We arrived to the hotel with the email confirmation at 12 in the afternoon, the lady at the desk asked for my passport about five times and asked for my reservation information about ten times (she looked oddly confused and did not speak any other language) After about 40 minutes she tells us the room will be ready by 2:00 p.m. We sat and waited because of our luggage and at around 1:55 p.m. she tells us the room would not be ready until 3:00 p.m. and we should go out to eat and come back. Keep in mind the hotel is FAR from the city center (you have to go by metro and bus to get there) and there is nothing nearby. We had food reservations and activities to do in Rome so we asked to leave our luggage with them. We came back a around 8:30 p.m. and once again they asked for my reservation a thousand times to inform me after 20 minutes of waiting (again) that the hotel is overbooked and that it was not their problem and to leave please. The worst part is that it wasn’t the only case. Two more reservations were roomless. After this disrespectful treatment we obviously were upset and made the hotel understand that it is their problem and our reservation was booked and paid for in advanced, it was 9 pm and there is nothing nearby. The hotel “kindly” suggested we stay in a two people room (there was three of us and booked a TRIPLE ROOM) to which we had no other option than to accept. This was a mess and it made our trip super stressful not to mention all the wasted time. I would not recommend this hotel only for this reason. The room was fine and so was the breakfast. Like I said location was not the best. But the whole check in experience was horrible.
