Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great location and really appreciated the courtesy bus to take guests to and from the gondola. Very comfortable beds and relaxing spa area with wonderful views. What made the hotel stand out though was the staff, who were so friendly and efficient and a real credit to the hotel. We were very well looked after during breakfast and dinner by Daniele and Maori, who deserve a special mention!! It was very convenient to be able to hire boots and skis in the hotel and also for the reception staff to arrange our lift passes. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Really excellent hotel, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, fabulous restaurant with an imaginative and delicious menu. Nice rooms and a great spa to finish off after a day of skiing! Loved the fact we never had to wait to get the minibus to the cable car station. Makes it feel very personal, as did all the staff, from the lovely and incredibly helpful receptionist to the fabulous waiters who were available to meet every request, instantly! Loved it and would 100% recommend it to others.

Why to look for another if you have found the one. Returning back this year as well. Was upgraded again to a bigger suite, food was even better than last year, rented excellent skis from the hotel's own rental downstairs and very helpful staff that helped with car problems. I would recommend to order pick-up through the hotel from the airport and back, it will be less expensive than car with full insurance, less hassle with the snow chains (if you manage to get the right size from the rental). All in all, we will return again.

Hotel pulito, in una buona posizione con un ristorante e una prima colazione di qualità . Neo per il quale si sono persi in un bicchiere d'acqua e' il non aver avvisato che il 50% del servizio della Spa non era funzionante per problemi né il giorno di riapertura né al momento del check-in, ma ce lo si è ritrovati come doccia calda all'improvviso e dopo la nostra lamentela l'unica cosa che c'è stata offerta un massaggio di 20 minuti che abbiamo rifiutato e niente più come se nulla fosse stato. Peccato che il servizio è stato pagato al 100%, ma non lo si sia assolutamente potuto sfruttare come tale.

Hotel ottimo. Anzi. Al di sopra delle aspettative. La posizione è al centro del paese ed ha il parcheggio. La camera è funzionale ben arredata pulita e molto spaziosa. La cena è ottima (anche troppo!!!). La Spa gode di un panorama mozzafiato sul Cervino. Il personale è molto professionale e cordiale. Grande attenzione e rispetto per gli animali.

Lovely hotel!! Very clean, well-maintained, great location. Beds very comfortable. Room service daily and very good. We had a triple room and my son loved his separate room adjoined to ours by a sliding door - proper bed for him, no sofa bed in sight - fantastic! We were half-board. Breakfast excellent. Evening meal choices not always to our taste but a very good selection nevertheless and the appestisers and puddings particularly were fantastic. The restaurant staff are VERY attentive and friendly and a credit to the hotel. The reception staff always welcoming, as were the bar staff. The maintenance and cleaning staff also should be mentioned as the hotel is spotless. The spa facilities are a lovely bonus, again, really friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is sensational, all the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. A special mention to Ciara, Federica, Lorenzo, Maurizio, Lucca, whom, made us feel very well looked after and make sure all our needs were covered during our holiday, they made it all very easy and quite frankly a dream. Also worth mentioning the staff from the restaurant including the chefs, who greeted us with a smile and the most exceptional food every day without fail. We strongly recommend this hotel. The view is magnificent and location was very convenient, the installations are lush. All the staff made sure we were always comfortable with all certainty they are the key of the success of Sertorelli. Wishing you all the success and see you next time.

Rispetto all'anno scorso, quest'anno siamo finiti in una camera moderna, ristrutturata e pulitissima con salviette, lenzuola, cuscini e set di cortesia di ottimo livello. Spa carina. Un peggioramento, invece, lo si nota al ristorante: c'è stata una riduzione della tipologia di prodotti proposti al buffet e stessa cosa per il menù alla carta, non all'altezza di un quattro stelle superior. Servizio navetta piste da sci ottimo e molto fantasioso in base all'autista. Un elogio al titolare sempre presente.

Fantastic hotel. We are a family of 3 adults, here for a ski vacation. The check in was very welcoming and smooth. We stored our skis in a large locker in the ski room and checked our room. The room is very modern- you need to book the “new” rooms as part of the hotel was renovated. We booked half board and must say that dinner at the hotel is superb. I’m gluten intolerant and to my surprise the manager of the restaurant offered special courses that are gluten free, including gluten free pasta, deserts and croissants. The restaurant stuff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We loved the food offered for breakfast and dinner. We used the bar and enjoyed great cocktails with a little Italian twists. The spa at the 6the floor is wonderful. They have 3 large jacuzzi’s, few saunas, a steam room and 2 relaxation rooms with free tea. The spa facilities are top notch. Overall a great experience.
