  • Guest：Love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff are amazing and the food is great! Thank you Joe, you’re a star! We’ll be back!
  • Guest：The hotel room was nice/okay. However the building got extremely hot, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. AC definitely needed.
  • Guest：No welcome forthcoming here. On arrival at the hotel we received a less than welcoming welcome. The receptionist asked us to wait before letting us get to the reception and was gone for a good while. We were told our room would be on the third floor. No lift available. We climbed to the attic room via a last staircase which was dangerous as the stair treads are shaped from wide to nearly nothing. We are a couple aged 82 and 84. The receptionist was quite impolite and referred to us as "old people".
  • Guest：It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you
