  • Guest：Pros: - Located in the main onset street. - Free car park, less than 1min walk from hotel. - One of the greatest dinner in Japanese Ryokan. - Indoor public bath in hotel basement. - Staffs are not good in English, but very polite and will try the best to help you. Cons: - The public bath itself is not that great, a better one is 1 min walk from hotel. Staffs will bring you there. Not good only since the day I visited is heavily raining.
  • Guest：チェックイン时の対応が长过ぎる点で、、、 场所的に长旅で疲れた状况なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天风吕以外の説明は必要无かったです。17时にチェックインなのに闭店してるヨーグルト屋さんの绍介をされてもね?！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清洁感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン时の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの设定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬间、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま长い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、长旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。
