Guest：Amazing service! They allowed us to store our luggage for 4 days when we went to the Galapagos - made that trip so much easier! Great breakfast, menu service for other meals. Bar mixes great drinks. Stay was perfect!!
Guest：The room size is spacious, and there are many activities nearby. The breakfast changes from a buffet to eggs and ham. The staff were friendly and the wifi was good. The room did not have heat, considering how cold night can be. There are many blankets, so I sleep well.
Guest：Our PM restaurant waiter and bartender was great. I think his name was Norbert. Rooms were cleaned, the food wasn’t great but not bad either. AM front desk staff weren’t too accommodating, however pm FD and night auditor were nice and friendly.
Guest：We arrived late at night, actually it was more like early morning. Rio Amazonas is one of the few hotels that will let you check in that late. Check in was swift and we got a broom with a magnificent view over the city and Cotopaxi. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom brand new and beautiful. Breakfast is fabulous and the staff is very friendly. Not sure about the neighborhood yet, but it looks fine.
