Guest：Older block. Pool area and spa are great and good condition. Units all look generally in good condition. Had one with great view out to beach. Would be nice if the owner (29) put in some new beds and oven ( would give it 5 star on that basis). Handy to beach and good spot half way between Burleigh and north Burleigh. Would recommend.
Guest：Great location right on the beach. Mediocre servic Great location and clean. Spacious apartments, but rather worn. Everything functional though. Major let-down is service levels. Reception closes at 12 on Saturdays when check in opens at 2pm. They are supposed to provide a welcome amenity kit, but aince reception is closed, they don't. This ia something they could easily fix, but just don't. There are loads of rules on what you can and can't do

Guest：My daughter and I stayed at Le Beach for 4 nights in early June. While it helped that the weather was perfect for Melbournites, the apartment was also great for us. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd level (Room 20) with a balcony, 2 bathrooms and great couches. The apartment was old style (that is why it is so big!) and was a little tired but had what looked like new laminate flooring which was terrific and beds were comfy. Didn't need the air conditioners but the fans in the bedrooms were useful. Our only gripe was that with the time of year, this apartment gets absolutely no sun on the balcony at any stage of the day, as it faces south east. If you intend to be around the apartment a bit and want some sun, I'd request an apartment on the other side of the building. The pool was very comfortably solar heated during our stay with some nice loungers around the pool and a great BBQ area if you were so inclined. Don't bother to take pool/beach towels with you...only $5 each to hire for your stay. The beach access was directly across the road and the Esplanade was a lot quieter than the highway which is undergoing major roadworks with extension of the light rail. So the perfect spot to be is on the Esplanade. The boardwalk which runs for 30Km along the coast is fantastic for walks/runs and that is across the road too. Just a 1km walk into the Burleigh Heads shops and great restaurants. We visited The Local and Hail Mary and the Lightyears restaurant was just behind us on the highway. Had a great breakfast at Paddocks Bakery and the Commune, both on the other side of the highway. Easy bus access up and down the coast and only about a 20-25 minute bus ride up to Broadbeach which then connects with the light rail system to head north. Management were terrific, managing our late check in and accommodated us with a later check out (for a fee) which made life really easy. Would highly recommend.
