We return to this hotel every year with our group of friends, and it never fails to impress us. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and cared for with great attention to detail – from the rooms to all common areas. You can truly see the pride they take in keeping everything perfect. We would especially like to highlight the excellent management under Mr. Krastyu Genov, who, together with his team, creates a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Every year we are greeted with a smile and outstanding hospitality. Thank you for your care, kindness, and dedication. We will definitely be back! ??

I recently visited this hotel with my family, I found the overall experience to be top notch, hotel Neptun offers an amazing food selection and is situated in the perfect location to fully enjoy Sunny Beach, the hotel and rooms were kept absolutely spotless and the staff were both kind and helpful to myself and my family, if you are looking for a fun relaxing all inclusive hotel I couldn't recommend hotel Neptun enough, I will definitely use again in future.

Good hotel kept immaculately clean Nice food & drink selections Evening entertainment could be improved as only 2 outside acts in a week and one night nothing and the other 4 was the animation team Nice location & no problems getting sunbeds on beach or around pool

The staff were rude and arrogant from arrival right through the 2week holiday, got food poisoning twice, the other 3 in the party got it once each. Food was uncooked. The wifey chocked on string that was in the chicken. Told the manager at reception, nothing, not even a sorry! Air con in the room was poor to none, even after the engineer come to fix it. Room maids never changed our bedding throughout the holiday even tho we had been ill and sweating in it. The all inc finishes at 11pm and don’t start till 10am including soft drinks. The room fridge is full of drinks you must pay for, limiting you’re room for you’re own things. Outside the hotel on the street it’s really an untidy place, with broken pavements, drains and rubbish everywhere. Even the local people make sure to make you feel unwelcome

Well what can I say so clean cleaners cleaning every were Food excellent and plenty to choose from Only problem it can take some time to get a table. .the sauna was great very private Which was nice we are over 75 the reception staff was great especially Krastyn he couldn’t do enough for you thanks once again Krastyn for your help. Had a lovely room cleaned every day.the pool bar staff were so obliging and there food was delicious the toasties and cakes are definitely some thing you should try we will be back going to book for next year but please can we have a double bed?. Been married 57 years so feel lost in a single see you next year

Es ist ein sehr sch?nes Hotel was stylisch renoviert wurde ! Wir hatten ein Appartement auf der A Seite mit Meerblick . Zimmer war Tiptop und sehr sauber ! Leider bekommt man das Schlafzimmer nicht richtig dunkel. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein Vergnügungspark mit lauter Musik da muss man drauf achten bei der Buchung. Pool Wasser ist viel zu kalt . Strand super sauber, top Liegen und Schirme ! Im Hotel Essen ist auch gut. Aber ein No Go ist so viel wie hier im Hotel geraucht wird haben wir noch nie irgendwo erlebt. Bei allen Malzeiten ist den G?sten drau?en erlaubt an den Tischen zu qualmen ja qualmen ohne Rücksicht auf Kinder oder Nichtraucher. Die haben keine Raucher Points sondern qualmen überall alles voll das es einem schlecht wird. Das ist ein ganz gro?er Minuspunkt. Und es ist vermehrt aufgefallen das gewisse G?ste zb 2 Wochen lang morgens mittags und abends beim essen die gleiche Kleidung anhatten ( und das war kein Jugendlicher ) . Billiges Deutschlandtrikot ,blaue kurze Sporthose und Badelatschen. Solche Personen sind ekelhaft und sollten zum Abendessen nur in ordentlicher Kleidung in den Speisesaal gelassen werden.. Die Reinigungskr?fte sind sehr gut. Das Personal bis auf eine einzige Dame lachen nicht und kommen unfreundlich rüber aber sie machen halt nur ihren Job. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage ! Viele Gesch?fte und Bars usw. direkt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. DIe Bulgaren in den Gesch?ften sind null aufdringlich und lassen einen in Ruhe egal ob man was kauft oder nicht.Preise sind ok .Aber nicht handeln ! das m?gen Sie nicht so. Tolle Promenade die man immer gerne entlang schlendert ! Unser Appartement hatte etwas über 40 qm und war super eingerichtet inkl. Meerblick und 2 TV Ger?te inkl. deutscher Programme ! Also man kann es schon weiter empfehlen. Aber das Raucher Tema müssen sie echt ?ndern !!! Eigentlich freut man sich wenn man im Urlaub drau?en essen kann , aber das war hier absolut nicht m?glich weil du komplett zu gequalmt wirst. Nicht mal w?hrend der Essenszeit k?nnen die Leute dort mal auf ihre Zigaretten verzichten. Bei Buchung darauf achten nicht Stra?enseite !1lieber ein paar Euro mehr zahlen und Meerblick oder die A Seite ( Minigolf Seite ) buchen , es lohnt sich !!!! Auch super mit ihren Drinks und vor allem Snacks ist die Poolbar den ganzen Tag lang ! Auf einer Terrasse gibt es Abends Cocktails die sind auch gut ! Das Animation Team kann man total vergessen die sind echt Tagsüber 0,5 von 10 Sternen wert . Also wenn die zwei drei richtig negativen Punkte nicht w?ren h?tte ich 9 von 10 gegeben aber so ,sorry 7 von 10 . Trotzdem weiter zu empfehlen.

This was our second visit to this hotel. We booked a sea view superior room and were initially disappointed at being given a first floor room where the majority of the view was of a large roof. We spoke to the receptionist. As we arrived late. we were told we had to stay that night. The following morning we were moved to a sixth floor room. This was excellent. The view was phenomenal. We were, at first, impressed by the degree of cleanliness. Cleaners were constantly working on outside and indoor public areas. However, we were very disturbed by the fact the the room cleaner on the sixth floor merely changed towels and emptied bins. She did not do anything else like make beds, clean the bathroom or hoover. On the fourth day we complained. As a result, she merely made the beds and emptied the bins. The manager asked if we were now satisfied. We explained the beds had not been changed in 5 days and the room had not been cleaned. The manager inspected this and ordered the room be cleaned and the beds changed while he watched. He agreed the work had not been done. On a positive note, the food was varied with a range of whole joints of lamb, pork, beef, turkey, duck, whole cutlets of fresh salmon cooked in front of you, pizza and pasta. Guests could take as much as they liked. All the staff except one were friendly and attentive. If you visit this hotel, you should use the hotel's contract with the taxi service which is considerably cheaper. Book through the hotel though. We thoroughly recommend this hotel and would re-visit if in the area.

We been spending our most precious weeks of the year in this hotel since about 20 yrs. In the years, when LTI run it we fell in love with it and Sunny Beach. After Sentido took over, we were a bit sceptical (anything new is at first something frightening). But the positive aspects came soon. Every year something has improved. The Neptun Beach feeling is still there and even better. What is amazing, this is all done with almost the same staff. From the hotelmanagement, the faboulous guys/gals in the service, the cleaners and the customerrelation guys/gals, every year we see a lot of familiar faces. And if employees stay season over season at one place, the company must do something right. Also the interaction between the colleagues is remarkable. For instance, every time before the restaurant opens, the manager on duty speaks to the whole crew and encurrages them. I have not met one employee moody or unwilling to serve over the years. And if one considers the tough job they do over 5+ month with partually (50%) horrible guests, who think they owe the place for that little money they pay (not the hotels fault), it this is outstanding. One other thing is the sustanibility of this hotel, especially in the restaurant. If you have for instance lamb-roast one evening, you have lamb-stew the next day and lamb-soup the day after. Of course amongst a lot of other delicious offers. Sometimes I see people bickering about the food. There are offers for everyone nearly 24/7 on display. And a lot of possibilities to spice it up. I am a Gourmet and gained 6# in 2 weeks. Questions? Thanks to Mr. Genov and everyone caring for us for a (again!!!) wonderfull time in this well run, clean and pleasant hotel with extremly delicate food. We are anxious to come back. Kind regards

The entertainment team really made our family holiday amazing, Gerri, Boris, Max, Titi & Krista are the best entertainers. They’ve offer a wide selection of activities, I loved the shuffle board & darts, kids loved the kids club where Titi & Krista kept them entertained. The hotel is extremely clean & staff are so nice. Shout out to the staff at the pool bar they are great, I loved the 2girls & man who served sandwiches & ice cream. The hotel is ideal for families rooms are spacious & cleaned daily.

Hotel is very good, right next to the wide beach, clean and spacious rooms, food is very nice. Special thanks for all animation team - young people, who conduct activities with real enthusiasm, and for Mr Alex from reception service.
