Guest：Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful and considerate with a very good breakfast and drinking water available.
Guest：Great location - near a beautiful park and the fantastic Metro, making it easy to get around. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good - eggs, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, tea and juices.
Guest：I stayed at Hotel Cartuja thanks to an Intrepid trip booking, and I’m so thankful to the company for choosing such a great accommodation. Carla, Patricio and Maria are the friendliest hosts and so accommodating and kind. Nothing was a problem during our 2 night stay. The rooms are well kept and clean, the facilities very lovely, especially the little courtyard garden and breakfast fresh and tasty. Thank you to the team for all the hard work they do to maintain this quality.
Guest：This modest but comfortable hotel is a mainstay for Intrepid Travellers in Quito. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful and having spent 7 nights there I can recommend it to anyone traveling on a restricted budget. The Garden setting is lovely.
