Guest：Brilliant location and excellent staff. Great breakfast.
Guest：First Class Service from the second you walk into the hotel. The staff are exceptionally well trained and operate as a real team in every aspect. World Class ! The location is perfect for walking around Stellenbosch. Although parking is limited outside, the hotel’s concierge/valet service is excellent. Food in the hotel at Helena’s on the patio and breakfast inside was also easy and very yummy ! Rooms and amenities fabulous. This is 5 Star everywhere.

Guest：Amazing staff! It was our anniversary during our stay and when we arrived we had a bottle of champagne on ice in our room as well as a fruit and chocolate platter which was so lovely! There was however water leaking from the toilet so we informed the staff - They said the maintenance guy had finished his shift for the day but said there was another room available which had a balcony if we were happy to switch. We moved rooms and this was much bigger! Very happy with the service from staff and lovely boutique hotel with a great breakfast selection!
