The Hotel looks amazing inside and out.
The Fish Tanks are a super centre piece throughout the floors and my daughter loved the Piranha tank.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, i wanted to take the bed home.
The Bathroom again great, the shower just the right power.
The free toiletries and in room tea/biscuits as expected.
The staff super friendly and helpful.
The Pool could have been bigger as it was quiet busy when we arrived but still adequate for our pleasure.
Breakfast was very nice and a great buffet style range of choices from cereals to a full english breakfast yum yum
Parking in abundance.
Only gripe is the onsite Nightclub which closed at 2.30am directly below our room which was noisey and hotel guests running around the hall ways playing silly buggers after kickout time!
Would however, most definitely stay again but maybe request a room away from the night club or a higer floor (we were on the 2nd floor)

Pillow-cork
We have stayed at the Coppid Beech previously. We really like it. Not only is the overall hotel experience very good, but the restaurants that are part of the same complex provide excellent evening meals; and the breakfast is always plentiful with a wide choice. So why haven't we given it 5 stars across the board? For one simple (and minor, but important!) reason - the pillows. One might expect uncomfortable pillows at hotels with less star-ratings, but of the 4 pillows we had, 3 were really poor, hard and, unsurprisingly, uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. This will not dissuade us from coming to the Coppid Beech, but please, please can the pillows be such that they give customers a realistic chance of a decent night's sleep? It was particularly frustrating as everything else about the experience was absolutely great - particular praise goes to the chef who prepared the Rump of Lamb!
Nice hotel with a few draw backs
Check staff were pleasant but didnt give me any information on facilities, restaurant, breakfast times. So i had to go back and ask later.
Room was nice and spacious, comfortable, clean and lovely bathroom.
Gym was ok staying for one night, but ow split into two areas which feel cramped with 4 people in there. I was amnoyed that i had to go back up to my room for a towel as they're not provided. (Reception should've told me this) Then to top it off you need a pound coin for the lockers which i didnt have on me. The staff member just strugged at me and said i could bring my stuff poolside.
Sauna was broken, jacuzzi broken, stairs to pool, broken. Pool area slightly tired. Small changing rooms. Steam room was nice and hot when on.
Food in the bar was good, but way overpriced. The Australian/Kiwi barman was really firendly and helpful. In fact all the bar staff were pleasant.
I'd stay again, it's a more upmarket version of the village hotel, but the pool and gym are way behind their standards. Didnt try breakfast as reception informed me it was an extra £15. Not worth it for generic buffet in my opinion.
