Una giornata romantica con SPA pernottamento e colazione, tutto fantastico, dal servizio colazione alla gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

I stayed at the Parkhotel in July with my husband and 9 year old daughter. It was lovely! The pictures do not do it justice - the hotel is so much better in person. The grounds are just immaculate with stunning views and plenty of space to explore. We stayed in one of the apartments - which was modern, clean and lovely. All of the room options are very close to the main lobby/pool area. Breakfast buffet was great and pool so nice. Although in the summer we did need to get down early to grab pool chairs before they were all taken. The front desk was friendly but somewhat limited in being able to suggest good restaurants in town. My only complaint is the restaurant and bar staff tended to always come across stressed and rude. Maybe it was because we were American (although we used our limited German) but the service was definitely not as friendly for what I'd expect in a hotel of this caliber. The pool/snack bar was certainly overwhelmed during the peak days and seating was limited and service hard to get - so may have just been a staffing issue. BUT everything else was so lovely we would definitely stay again. The property is worth it.

Ieri sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante Salotto 1962 l'esperienza gastromica eccellente, di grande qualità, ambiente fine, di classe e molto accogliente. Il personale di servizio professionale mai invadente e soprattutto attento, il Maitre Marco oltre alla sua simpatia riesce unitamente ai suoi collaboratori a farti sentire come a casa. Sicuramente un ristorante che merita una visita, uno di quei posti dove se porti un ospite non corri nessun rischio. Claudio Recchia

Eines der besten H?tel frühstücke.toller Park ,sehr ruhig,Abendessen in h?chster Konkurrenz zu den lokalen am Wasser,freundlicher Service kommen wieder.

Arrivando dopo le 22 non mi aspettavo grandi possibilità, invece il personale dell’hotel ha saputo sorprendermi: in cucina sono riusciti a recuperare un piatto di formaggi, non solo abbondante ma anche di ottima qualità. è il genere di attenzione che lascia il segno e che ti fa sentire davvero benvenuto. Ho parcheggiato l’auto nell’ampio spazio riservato ai clienti, dove ho trovato anche alcune colonnine di ricarica elettrica. Servizio utile, anche se a pagamento. La hall non rispecchia del tutto i miei gusti estetici, ma va detto che è molto curata, pulita e ben conservata. La camera si trovava al primo piano, raggiungibile da una scala di marmo rosa che già di per sé racconta un certo stile. All’ingresso un piccolo disimpegno con armadio e frigobar, davanti il bagno e, sulla destra, la stanza vera e propria. Comoda e ben rifinita: letto accogliente, televisore abbastanza grande, macchina Nespresso e ben tre finestre che la rendono luminosa. Non è enorme, ma lo spazio è più che sufficiente per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il bagno, con vasca e doppio lavandino, è funzionale e piacevole, anche se manca il bidet: dettaglio che sorprende un po’, considerando che siamo in Svizzera italiana, ma probabilmente non rientra nelle abitudini locali. La colazione si è rivelata varia e di buon livello, con prodotti assortiti e freschi. Unica pecca: gli asciugamani, non proprio nuovissimi, e l’assenza di un piccolo telo di cotone per il viso, che sarebbe stato gradito. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto positivo, reso speciale soprattutto dalla disponibilità e dalla cortesia del personale: un valore aggiunto che da solo vale la sosta

Aufgrund der vielen Wohnungen, die zum Hotel geh?ren, war es sehr überlaufen, trotz grosser Fl?che. Für Kinder sehr sch?n - die k?nnen machen, was sie wollen, da junge Eltern heute nicht mehr kontrollieren. Das Hotel l?sst sie machen und der Pool ist für Erwachsene fast nicht nutzbar. Wir waren .it der Familie unserer Tochter da und insofern war es gut
Personal sehr freundlich und Küche ausgezeichnet. Preis- Leistung stimmt in dieser Reisezeit überhaupt nicht

Parkhotel Delta is located in a more quieter area of Ascona, however we still managed to walk to the Piazza of Ascona in about 20 mins time and by car maybe 5mins only. The hotel provides free parking for guests and a shuttle svc to train station and city center too. We had an fantastic stay there and rooms facing the beautiful mountains and scenery outside the hotel. As highlighted by previous guests, the rooms are a little outdated and need some fresh touch and update on tech and A/C evntually. The breakfast is very much what you can expected in a italian hotel with cakes, breads, fresh fruit, juices and cold cuts. Good to start your day. The staff was kind and attentive all the time.

Sehr entspannendes Hotel
Sehr sch?nes Hotel mit einen super gepflegten Riesen Garten.
Zimmer sehr komfortabler, Bett sehr bequem, Housekeeping war super.
Frühstücks Buffet hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Genügend Parkpl?tze vorhanden.
Nacht sehr ruhig .
Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Check in - Check out super schnell , waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns noch Mineralwasser für die Rückreise gegeben

Einer der wenigen Orte wo noch hochwertige, professionelle life Musik (DUO) gespielt wird. Das wird von den G?sten sehr gesch?tzt - auch ein Grund am Wochenende immer wieder zu kommen. Sch?nes Ambiente, gepflegter Service, feines Essen. Sehr nettes Personal.

Wie immer hat alles gepasst! Riesige Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und sehr aufmerksames Personal! Sauber Zimmer und sehr gute Livemusik am Abend. Einzig sollten Handys im Saunabereich verboten werden, man fühlt sich nicht wohl, wenn man nie wei? ob jemand Fotos macht!!
