Absoluut een aanrader. Heerlijk rustiek hotel. Goede kamer, vriendelijk personeel. In 10 min ben je op de boulevard van Rapallo. Ligt in een rustige buurt en ze hebben prima parkeergelegenheden. Enige minpuntje zijn de kussens maar voor de rest is er echt niets op aan te merken.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo hotel. Buona Accoglienza da parte del portiere notturno. La camera e il bagno molto molto piccoli. Il letto era incastrato tra il muro non ci si poteva girare intorno. Il bagno con il soffitto pieno di muffa. Gentile la cameriera della sala colazioni ma non servono caffè e cappuccini espressi (hanno una macchinetta automatica). Per un 4 stelle a 185€ a notte mi aspettavo molto di più

Comfy bed, good white cotton sheets, decent pillows, aircon and safe. Cool marble floors, the room was light and airy. Nice view across to Portofino. As far as I recall, no tea or coffee making facilities. Parking. When you arrive take luggage to the lift from the door to the side of car park on the ground floor, not up the steps to reception. park prettily. Good bathroom, hot strong shower, fluffy towels. Good breakfast. Parking. Easy walk into town for dinner or beach. Pleasant staff. English spoken. Phew! Cost average. Nice Aperol Spritz! Ask receptionist- it is her special recipe. No restaurant, but you can order up pizza to the hotel to eat on the terrace and other restaurants are close by. Jacuzzi in garden.

This s a wonderful hotel! A ten minute walk to city center and the coast. Room was spacious, clean and bathroom was a nice size. I would like to personally thank Alessandro and Sofia for their warm welcoming personalities! We loved staying here and hope to come back again sometime!

The hotel was reception staff was friendly & accommodating. We had early departure time day of checkout. Front desk assured us the hotel staff “overnight reception attendant”would give us a courtesy ride to the train station. When we went downstairs, the gentleman charged us €50 to take us to the train station, I had no euros left so I offered a credit card he couldn’t take the credit card, and he couldn’t give me a receipt. He said he would take me to an ATM so I could withdraw money. I told him I don’t have atm card, he then charged me $50 cash. He obviously was doing this under the table and this is not a requirement. It’s a courtesy that the hotel extends you. We had a time limit to get to train station so I paid him. I have now requested this employee refund my money and he be replaced! I won’t be returning!!

Just returned from stay at Hotel Canali - we were made very welcome by the reception staff all of them very helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel which was good and could be eaten on the terrace which was nice We were hoping to use the HOT tub during our stay at Canali but it has been turned off which was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked also the lift not working and were told it had had only just broken down but apparently it had not been working for ages so no hot tub or lift the lift was actually working the day before we left.The Hotel is quite away from the centre and only meal served is breakfast . We just paid just over ￡200.00 a night for the room so not really good value. The rooms are clean and the towels and bedlinen nice and I found my bed comfy.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel due notti. La prima da sola. Tra i migliori a Rapallo. Stanza enorme e ben tenuta. Vista spettacolare. Qualità del sonno eccellente, il letto matrimoniale è molto grande e comodissimo, dispone di doppi cuscini. Bagno grande, sanitari sospesi e doccia comodissima e spaziosa. Colazione in terrazza ottima e varia. La spiaggia e il centro sono raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata di 5 min. in mezzo al parco (che chiude alle ore 21). Staff sempre sorridente e disponibile h24. Ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Per il prossimo soggiorno torneremo sicuramente.
