  • Guest：房间灯光很暗，都是黄灯，让人感觉躺在房间休息看电视或按手机会很不舒服，房间的电视没有tv box 很无聊，毛巾也有点脏脏，床单也是，不太乾净的样子， 但是前台服务人员是不错的，建议跟pillowtalks 预订，因为房间的楼层 比较高 所以就没那么吵，风景采光自然都比较好，而且提供的毛巾是比较新的没有黄黄的感觉
  • Guest：The location of the building is strategic and convenient. Just a walking distance can reach to Pavillion, Bukit Bintang etc. The staffs of Maplehome are helpful and always response promptly when we facing issue.
  • Guest：The location of this apartment is good for tourists as it is near to Chinatown and mega malls. However the cleanliness is not up to standard. There are baby cockroaches near the washing basin and a few in the bedrooms too. I have requested for a change of hairdryer but it was not done. The hairdryer was not in working condition.
  • Guest：Room is clean & tidy. Room fan is powerful. Good to have ceiling fans. 2 sets of plates, bowls, cups, forks & spoons. 2 bath towels , shower gel & shampoo provided but no other amenities. However , lift lobby has a kinda very unpleasant smell. Pains our noses. Ard 20mins walk to jalan alor. There are convenient shops & food stalls nearby. Hope the management will do something with the lobby smell.
