Guest：Excellent overall. Lovely old riad with inner courtyard with lovely garden. My room was lovely, spacious, with snacks and water replenished every day. Service was excellent and attentive. I had the hammam (full bath and massage) and it was refreshing and relaxing. Breakfast was Moroccan breads and spreads and soup, plus eggs as you wished. For dinner the restaurant is pricy, but it's hard to find anything nearby. Location was excellent -- inside medina, but just on the edge, so you can get out easily but also go into the medina alleyways without trouble (first day a guide is highly recommended).
Guest：This hotel was the highlight of our accommodations in Morocco. Loved the traditional room design, with the right amount of modern touches. Service was extraordinary, so personal and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for an elevated experience.
Guest：We stayed here on our 12 day couples trip to Morocco. I would recommend it with the one caveat that the beds are not the most comfortable. Service was good though. Overall pretty decent.
Guest：So glad we found Palais Amani -- it saved our trip to Fez. We actually moved here after foolishly booking at the Palais Ommeyad up the hill (avoid that place). Amani had beautiful rooms, a lovely hammam, wonderful breakfasts, and attentive kind staff. Highly recommended.
