The location was extraordinary. The celebration on 31st December was nice. The only drawback is, they don't provide internet in the room.

The food and service is very good. Friendly staff. Sunday brunch is very great and attractive with others activities and local cuisine street live counters. Pool access is a good add on. Had a lovely time with friends

I visited Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The resort is located on a hilltop with a stunning view of the valley and surrounding greenery. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We enjoyed the pool area and the delicious food served at the restaurant. It’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with family away from the city noise. Highly recommended for a peaceful weekend escape!????

Such n excellence restaurant we ever had our breakfast .amazing spreads .the breakfast service was delightful with a good variety of options to choose from . The food was well presented.. staff was courteous and ensured everything was taken care of . The over all dinning experience was enjoyable . Thanks to the team .??

We have had a wonderful time of two days stay in the midst of rain and engulfed by cloud and fog playing hide and seek. The management was kind to give us the cottage with very good view and also offered off season discount ! The staff and customer service were good.

The property is beyond words, it's so beautiful and well-maintained. The amenities are pretty decent and the hotel is huge. The prices are very premium equivalent to a 5-star property but the food, the buffet spread and the overall services are not at par with the price they charged. The breakfast has very limited options and the "live" Maggi and vada pav are not part of the buffet and charged separately as al a carte. The rooms and washrooms are pretty average and could use some work. The al a carte menu is priced very expensive. Overall, great place but needs improvement in terms of the services for the prices charged.

Disappointing Experience Despite Premium Pricing The overall management of the Upper Deck is well below expectations. Despite spending over ?25,000 for a night—including food and beverages—the experience was deeply underwhelming. Room service was unavailable, and the buffet was poorly managed. Replenishment was often delayed, and guests had to constantly chase the service staff for basic items. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar—nowhere near what you'd expect at a resort positioned at this price point. Given the lack of service, poor food standards, and overall mismanagement, I would not recommend this property to anyone. A resort charging premium rates must at least deliver the basics right.
