Regarding the shower water, our team checked the system promptly and confirmed that it was operating correctly. In Hungary, hot water temperature is regulated by safety and energy standards, so it cannot be increased beyond the permitted limit. Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to change.We understand that winter conditions can affect personal comfort, and while our staff made every effort to assist, the system was functioning within normal and legal parameters.
