Fantastic Hotel!!! A classic well managed and comfortable! Great breakfast and excelent service. I even had my SUV pulled-up ahead of time and with all my luggage perfectly tucked in the trunk. Will definitely return.

The pink palace is like a quiet oasis in the middle of Beverly Hills. You’ll feel tranquil and like you’re escaping once you enter Bel-Air. The walk across the bridge and the swan lake are a great way to be welcomed and the staff make it even better. The complex is shockingly large, with a great mix of rooms and walking paths. The rooms are clean, modern and high tech, and housekeeping is great. The restaurant and the patisserie are standouts. You’ll love Bel-Air!

They changed it a lot and not for the better. They removed their iconic gift shop completely. TV’s in the room don’t face the bed or any seating in the room (very weird). The bar is still expensive, but the food menu has drunk. They have downsized a lot. I was extremely disappointed with the stay. The Hotel Bel Air is not the iconic place it once was, sadly.

Emma at the front desk was wonderful. She is friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The property is so beautiful and tranquil plus the accommodations are elegant and comfortable. Food was excellent as well

For a luxury hotel the decor was so so. There was no turn down service and no floor to ceiling mirrors. Staff was extremely nice. I used to live on Stone Canyon road and as such went many times for events and dining. In fact my husband's 70 birthday was held there. I've also stayed at the Plaza Athenee and di Savoia. Very luxurious.

Started visiting the hotel in the 1990s and made it a point to travel to LA often just to stay here. After losing its way for a few years, the hotel is back strong. The food isn’t quite as good as it once was and the gardens aren’t as strikingly beautiful since they got rid of the hydrangeas and the bougainvillea, but the charm has returned and the service was perfect. This will always be a special place.

Stayed here while visiting our daughter over Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic experience and I hope to return. The hotel is beautiful and historic but the rooms were updated to modern luxury. The bed was super comfy and the location was very quiet. We also had a patio off our room and enjoyed sitting outside in the nice weather. The overall vibe of the hotel was serene and peaceful. We loved the old school feel of the layout - the rooms are spread out versus being a multi-storied building. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. This was our first Thanksgiving away from home and I felt a little weird about that, but this was the perfect hotel choice for it. It just felt cozy and warm and not corporate, and the actual Thanksgiving meal they hosted was incredible. The food was delicious and dining on the restaurant patio with our daughter felt easy and happy. 10/10 would do this again if we travel over Thanksgiving. The following day we spent some time relaxing and having lunch by the pool and really enjoyed that. Our daughter visited the spa and said it was a great experience. There were some little baked snack bars that she still talks about today. The service was great and very professional everywhere (restaurant, bar, check in, spa). In sum, this hotel is a treat to stay at. If you can get a good rate, it is worth it, most especially if staying over a holiday when you want things to feel more personal and cared for.

The title says it all. The staff was truly the best. One restaurant server who wasn’t that busy took time out to show us the famous fish pond and turtle living in it. Front desk staff was also outstanding. The grounds are so lush that you feel like you’re light years away from the city.
