La habitación tenía algunos problemas como el lavamanos tapado, algunos muebles y cortinas en mal estado, faltaba una cortina black out, el piso de la ba?era quebrado. Sin embargo el personal de Mantenimiento fue muy atento y rápido para corregir lo que se podía. Después supimos que, nuestra unidad no era propiedad del hotel, sino subarrendada. Ya nos habíamos quedado antes en otra unidad y estaba en mejores condiciones.

The day bed was in disarray, the water pressure was eh, the body wash was empty, and the water was 'very warm'. The view was of another hotel unless standing on the balcony and the 'do not do or be charged extra' list was extraordinary and made me feel uncomfortable with my stay.

When booking reservation the pictures made it seem updated and very luxurious. Upon arriving we were suprised with lack of direction of the office and where to check in. After checking in we went to our room and were surprised with the condition of the room. I went back down and asked if there was a possibility of changing rooms. The attendant was very nice and helpfull. Finally we were put into a better room. Still not what we expected.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite helped me with my luggage and the 2 small girls that were with me. I enjoyed my stay and will soon return.

From the photos it seems up to date and new but once we arrived it was clear that this hotel has been around for awhile. There were spots on the sheets when we first got there and trash behind some furniture. However, the staff were great at responding to our concerns and all of them were really nice!! Shoutout to the staff for that! This hotel is great if you’re ok with some spots on the walls and missing chunks of wood in the furniture but I would say it’s definitely due for a remodel and the rooms could be cleaned better before guests arrive.

So we loved the pool for the kids the quick access to the beach but in the room the front door was really loose kind of made it unsafe. Also for the amout of money spent for a room and they control how much breakfast you can have. They serve frozen pancakes with boxed powdered eggs and microwaved bacon.

The check-in service was nice. The surprise incident fee and resort fee, not nice. The long walk to and from the parking lot, not nice. The occasional golf cart service nice. The pool is great, the hot tub was hot. It’s a long walk to the beach. The room was spacious and very clean. The wi-fi was spotty. We couldn’t watch a movie in under 3 hours. Overall nice, but not worth $700 a night.

Very good service, very clean, a little out dated with some of the rooms but otherwise it was close to the oven, pool area was great. Staff was nice and accommodating. The staff kept the area clean.
