Clean room, staff was preoccupied with water issue, checking in took longer due to computers down.

The room was clean and the staff was great but the shower did not drain. These things happen so it’s no big deal but if I’m rating my stay I should consider the entire experience. All in all of was a positive experience and I would stay there again.

The efficiency of securing another room one hour before arrival. My ******* reservation somehow messed up! The staff was great to correct the error.

The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable making for a good night sleep. The staff were professional and friendly. The crab cake from the restaurant were the most delicious one I have ever eaten.

The O. Henry is so warm and inviting. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend

Absolutely a fantastic experience for us!!! Everything was just perfect . We surely do hope to come back again sometime in the future. Our room was truly spotless & so was the hotel ! Those housekeepers work terrifically hard. Can you imagine doing that , yourself?? Great job all the way from the bottom to the top. (Especially loved the Green Valley Grille).

We have stayed numerous times over the years and each time it seems better. I would rate the O'Henry superior to any hotel, even those that are much more expensive. Staff is helpful, polite and professional.
