Guest：The attitude of the staff was very good and the location was also good. But it had no facilities, the toilet fan did not work
Guest：Very nice location,very convenience. Hotel guests can be given the voucher to use the swimming pool for free.
Guest：The location was great! A stone's throw away from restaurants and the lake. The facility could use a major renovation. Inside, carpets have visible major stains. Wall tiles are falling apart. The air conditioning is terrible. We stayed in a pet-allowed suite. Carpets have a lot of stains. Spider webs all over. Bathroom faucets are not properly fixed. The power outlets are not working. Window locks are not working. Outside, tiles in common areas are falling apart. Carpets in hallways look nasty. Elevators are slow and seem to be not properly maintained. The courtyard pond is so dirty, I'm surprised there are live fish in it. Bird poop all over the walls in the courtyard area. The paint could use some updates. Underground parking needs cleaning and better upkeeping. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay. The property has a lot of potential because of the location. Staffs are friendly and make sure you have the best stay in the hotel. Upgrade and renovation could be costly but it will be all worth it since you can charge higher rates in the long run.
