Room was clean & spacious. We like the secure storage area outside the entrance door. The balcony fan control & TV remote control wasn't working & the power point in the twin bedroom didn’t work on one side.

Good apartment with a nice view and friendly staff. The bathroom was spacious. There are several options for breakfast in under 5min walk. Unfortunately we had lots of ants in the room (minimum ＞100) which came out in the evening and running through the whole kitchen even though we had no food in the apartment.

Great room for a family of 4 with 2 small children. Big room and bigger outdoor area. Great location.

This was a great place to stay. Full kitchen. Amazing location. Very comfy beds.

We loved staying here. Checked in after-hours with easy-to-follow instructions, provided by text. Ample parking under the hotel that was secured with a roller door at night. For injured or elderly people, you could park near the elevator on the B2 level which was very convenient. The accommodation was as described, with all of the white goods in great condition. Had one lovely interaction with a staff member when discussing how to check out early. Great selection of restaurants and shops nearby. A park and access to the beach were across the road. Would stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

Due to an issue with the lift the management company arranged for us to stay at Beaches On Lammermoor. This was neatly organised by them at no extra cost. Beaches On Lammermoor was a lovely alternative and is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during my stay. The pool was meant to be operational on the first day of my stay - but was still not operational 3 days later when I left. On day one there were workmen outside my balcony jackhammering glass panels off the awning all day - no communication or advice from Echelon. On day 2 the Wi-Fi failed and despite repeated questions, reception could not provide any information and promises to provide an update never eventuated - still not working on day 3 when I left - this was a big issue as I was trying to work during my stay

Views were beautiful! The place needed a few updates. Beds were so-so, shower was broken. But, space was lovely and town very walkable.
