Beautiful place, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillow. Since the building is stony, the accoustics are very loud, so don't go here if you want to spent time in your room and want some silence; you hear all the staff (rattling cleaning vehicle ), guests arriving/leaving untill night, and noises from the cooking classes. No tea/coffee in the room.

Luogo suggestivo e ricco di cultura, pulito, curato, cibo ottimo (colazione con prodotti freschi e fatti in casa), gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità estrema del direttore Salvo. Torneremo sicuramente per un'altra occasione.

A lovely and simple property next to a beautiful garden with very kind and courteous staff. Simple rooms, very clean and steeped in local history. Don’t miss the church next door- or the crypt downstairs.

L'Hotel Antico Convento dei Cappuccini rappresenta in pieno tutto ciò che è parte del vero turismo esperienziale. La camera è un'antica cella dei frati, ma con tutti i confort possibili. Colazione ottima e staff cordiale e sempre disponibile Consigliatissimo!

Comfortable Stay in Ragusa
Comfortable room. Hot water was a slow to come up in the shower, otherwise the bathroom was good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The position of the convent is outstanding surrounded by gardens, views over the hills and close to places of interest in Ragusa. The rooms (cells) are clean and comfortable. They run cooking classes by an excellent chef so we expected an above average breakfast. Unfortunately this was not the case. Don’t despair there are lovely cafes not far from the hotel.

The access to reach to the airport was quite adventurous via narrow streets with just enough space to drive a smallest car (Fiat Panda) which I enjoyed (thanks to my driving experience in India). The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was modern and looks like remodeled with spacious area. The surrounding of the hotel is great with an opening to a public park which is very nice to walk around. All in all good experience.

Hotel is enchanting, rooms are comfortable and very clean! Most comfortable bed & pillow. Very helpful & friendly service all round. Special mention for Salvo Cucuzza the Assistant Director. The food at the Hotel restaurant Cenobio was superb.
