  • Guest：Warm and Welcoming This property was much better than expected. The staff's communication is excellent. Couldn't ask for better hosts, or staff. Especially Monica! Kind, flexible, welcoming. What a great face for the apartment. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The property is super comfy, and a stellar location! Highly recommend this property.

  • Guest：The apartment is gorgeous but the real star of the show was the pool/hot-tub/ fire pit/ games area. Monica and Miguel were lovely hosts! They were flexible and communicated quickly about our check in. Quick walk to a coffee shop or about 30 min walk to the beach. Very highly recommend staying here, will be back.
  • Guest：Monica was very responsive. We met up about 45 minutes early and were accommodated. Area was hard to navigate. Unit is above gas station. Bedroom with direct view of gas station was missing blinds on lower half of window. Had to use a blanket fir privacy. Thin towels and wash clothes. Luckily we had our own wash clothes. Broken lamp shade on large balcony. Stench from trash center across the hall. Long walk from parking garage to unit. No air conditioning in the hallways. 2 elevators did not work. Hot tub jets did not work until end of our 3-4 day stay. The apartment is spacious and the layout is great. Pics do not totally reflect the unit. I cleaned the unit and besides mopping upon arrival and departure, I probably left the place cleaner than when we arrived. This is not unusual for seasoned travelers. We pay attention to details that moat people would miss. These are the reasons for my 3.5 star rating.
