What can I say other than exceptional! From start to finish this hotel complex exceeded our expectations! The spa and the rooms were unreal. The Thai massage was excellent. The food and the service were hard to beat. We will be back

Although the staff members didn’t speak good English the service was 10 10. I was a but lost with directions and the lovely ladies helped me out. I spent my birthday relaxing and de stressing from my very stressful job. Lymphatic draining massage is amazing! I felt the benefits almost immediately!

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms, wellness / fitness and restaurant. I have to recommend a tasting menu in the restaurant, it was so delicious. Everything was clean and perfect. Hotel is located in a quiet area, 20 minutes to the center. I would love to come back here again.

The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was very relaxing and the atmosphere was very tranquil and I could rest peacefully.

Das Hotelpersonal ist mehr als unfreundlich. Von Servicegedanken keine Spur. Selbst als Wiederholungsgast muss man sich Belehrungen anh?ren, warum etwas nicht geht anstatt eine L?sung zu finden.

Die lage des Hotels war sehr angenehm, allerdings sind einige informationen zum Hotel unvollst?ndig oder falsch,Spa( was als bereich nur Sauna, Dampfbad, eisbad und einem kleinen Whirlpool. Auch die Massagen muss man dazu buchen. Das steht so leider nirgendwo auf der ******* seite.

Mein Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr gut. Es gab keinerlei Grund Kritik zu ?u?ern weil alles nach meinen Vorstellungen war. Alles sauber,gepflegt,super Service und alle h?flich,freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten einen sch?nen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Parkpl?tze sind vorhanden. Mit der Metro kommt man stressfrei ins Zentrum (weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fu? zur Haltestelle).
