  • 点评新手：我和家人分别用两个APP查询了酒店情况，我查到的是北斗星假日酒店，他查到的是北斗星国际酒店，粗心没有核实酒店全名，结果误定成了假日酒店，心塞。到了酒店发现，所谓的假日酒店就是国际酒店的3号楼。到了前台沟通，说是当天3号楼不开放，免费升级到主楼，可是到了房间，心都凉了，房间的硬件哪是四星标准啊？酒店的位置还是偏高，因为是带老人孩子出门，N多级又高又陡的台阶，爬不动，每次出门都得预先叫车，极为不便。值得庆幸的，酒店服务员都挺热情，友善的。心里稍微宽慰了些。
  • 会员6024：花了1000块钱住得比100的差，没有洗漱和衣躺被子上熬了一晚，正是当我们猪一样的宰，洗漱用品就是快捷酒店一样，毛巾没有，浴帽没有，水没有，吹风机没有，该有的都没有，只有一张不知道多久没人住过和多久没有换过床单的床，枕头上虫子到处乱爬，虽然换了房间，只是虫子不爬枕头上了而已。地毯要多脏有多脏，房间蟑螂到处跑，味道浓重。这么差的房间收也敢收这么贵的价钱，真是把我们当猪。
