The hotel is strategically located. For Muslim guests, halal breakfast is available, and there are many halal dining options within walking distance of the hotel.
Although the hotel building is relatively old, the room, bed, bed linens, and towels were clean and well-maintained.
Overall, it is a comfortable hotel that offers good value for money. Highly recommended.

Location wise is perfect for travellers particularly muslim travellers who is looking for Halal food.

Busy location with all the convenience store and restaurants nearby. 100m away from Ben Thanh market. Hotel’s elevator a bit of waiting time often as it cater for 10storey.

Hotel is very dirty. It’s so nasty I am afraid to touch anything. It is just unsafe, Black mold in bathroom, nail sticking out of the wall. Bed is too soft and uncomfortable. The only thing is is is only half a block from Ben Thanh market

My family enjoy staying this hotel because the location is very convenient with halal food and shopping

Central location. Easy to move around. Single elevator means it takes time to get to and from 6th floor but works well. Breakfast is simple but just what I need without fancy food. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Staff spoke good English, and they had a left luggage service.

Check-in was smooth and no deposit was required. The location is excellent, though do note that there are stairs to climb when entering and exiting the hotel, which may be a concern for the elderly.
Only one lift is available, so during peak hours, some waiting time is expected.
The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of three. Halal breakfast is available, mostly consisting of vegetarian dishes with no meat, and the selection was acceptable.
There was a minor issue with a leaking air conditioner, which I reported to the receptionist upon check-out. Hopefully, management will address it soon.

Nice holiday stay at Aluna Hotel, served halal breakfast menu and friendly staff. Very convenient and pleasant stay experience.

The hotel was chosen because it was close to the halal community and had halal breakfast. From grab, eating, massage, shopping and the hotel also cheated, they accused me of breaking the table mirror and asked for payment even though the table was not broken during checkout.
