三石：酒店的设施还行，位置可以说相当好，出门就是海鲜市场，然后离在海一方等海边的距离也就不到2公里。可以早起到海边看日出。离著名的连岛也就比较近了。可以说是到连云港出游尤其是海边游玩的佳选之地。
会员9921：优点： 1.老企业酒店房间特别多过道超级长小孩晚上一个人不敢走要记好几号电梯到哪儿不然会迷路 2.从室内到公共区域空调都非常给力 3.从大厅到过道到房间的装修虽然稍微过时但是能看出来很高档个人感觉很舒服 4.保洁员很热心且有礼貌遇见客人都会打招呼有求必应 5.第一天入住会有欢迎水果虽然只有一根黄瓜两个桃子两个糕点但是让人好感倍增第二天续住就木有了 6.地点也比较核心距离苏宁广场步行15min 北面5min路程有个家x福超市里面的东西好多好全好好吃海鲜炒菜什么的现做现卖什么都有完全不用去餐馆超市隔壁就是墟沟美食街从酒店步行到在海一方公园（刚下完雨沙滩很脏很烂）30min 打车10min 7.酒店里也可以叫美团外卖 7.酒店后院停车场很大很大很安全 8.早餐很丰盛同行6人带2个小孩均觉得满意缺点： 1.被褥稍潮盖着不舒服不知道沿海城市是不是都是这个样子 2.定了三个标准间前台未征询意见给换了一间大床房后来虽然调换了但白白折腾一番总是不爽另同样价格的商务标准间有的带阳台有的是落地窗大家可以提前向前台选择总而言之还是很推荐带家人旅游入住比快捷酒店多一百元但绝对超值
会员8219：第二次带娃来连云港看海。17年也是住在海鲜城附近某庭连锁，这次还是选住附近毕竟有公交站也有大超市，离在海一方也近，整体位置很方便。言归正传，这家是核电公司旗下的宾馆感觉超三星吧，装修略旧但很整洁，房间大小、设施比快捷宾馆好太多，晚上还送了水果、小点心，自助早餐也算丰富！另外，停车场很大保安大哥非常礼貌热情负责。以后应该还会再来。
会员9261：交通便利，周围吃住行很方便，在同地段的酒店来说性价比很高，酒店不是很新，但是带浴缸，是老牌的四星标准装修，胜在性价比，早餐品种也还可以。总之值得的入住
