Manager was great, people serving in restaurant also great, housekeeping could be much better. Noise from Street quite big in the moorning.

Room felt neglected, door to room was unlocked when I checked in. Bed was missing pillow cases and bathroom was not 100% prepared for new checkin.

Room in good condition but the balcony only had room to stand. When there the weather was cool,, and the air conditioning was on, and when requested to turn it off they ccouldn't do it. There was no shampoo or hand soap in the bathroom so had to call for it, but they did bring up some. The staff who signed us in was terrific, the rest discourteous. The breakfast while an additional $18 which i felt was a bit too much was abundant and delicious.While i was swimming it was raining outside and the roof of the pool was leaking cold rainwater on me. I chose the hotel because of the proximity to my conference. Unsure if i would go back if it was purely for leasure.

Room is good but small,bathroom needs resealing and minor repairs. Reception staff helpful very polite& considerate. Room cleaning staff didnt bother some days!

Food service at the lobby was good. They charge me twice, At check in and at check out. I hope they will correct their mistake.

The fast train from the airport that stops next to the hotel is probably the best, but also the only reason to stay in this ageing Jerusalem icon.

the hotel was amazing I would be back, but the man at the front desk (Ahmed) was terrible, we asked for 2 beds and after 3 times going up to the 10th floor and finding a one bed we got a the room with 2 beds.
