Guest：I attempted several times to contact the hotel prior to arrival to make our stay a little more systematically sound versus chaotic. My wifes birthday was the check in day and i was trying to get accommodations to make it more special as it was our first time in both the hotel and Jamaica. Our sheets weren't changed until we went to front desk to request a second time. Also, we utilized the hotels tour rep and paid for a bamboo and atv excursion for everything included. Come to find ourselves paying again after we arrived as $240 was for the transportation not the excursion but wasnt informed that and ended up paying over $660. The hotel tour rep should have been clear on what everything was for so we could have made a much better decision. We felt like deals were being made because we are tourist and not from Jamaica.
Guest：Your lobby represenatives. We saw 2 roaches in the room and problems with the door lock several times had. But they were quick in resolving the problems and asked if we wanted a room change. Most of the staff were great. But the drivers can be overbering and unappreciative.
Guest：The thing that makes this hotel worth the extra money and revisiting is the entertainment team DJ Unstoppable, Stringbean, Astro, Denerio. Also they have tip boxes at the buffet food stations, at an all inclusive??. They also mis advertise rewards that do not exist and take no accountable for their error.
Guest：The study table is missing chairs, and the Hair dryer has dust; high dusting is badly needed. The minibar was dirty and the upside-down bottles were dripping alcohol. Overall, not very impressed with the room.
