酒店在罗马比较新的EUR区，周边的房子、道路都很新，开车友好。酒店停车场免费。走几分钟就有超市，坐地铁进城的话得先坐2站公交换乘。酒店估计是以前的哪个酒店新装修的，有几栋楼，酒店叫香格里拉，但是只是4星的。
工作人员都训练有素，客房和公共区域都很乾净，住着还是挺安心的。25平的亲子家庭房带个阳台，但是房间很小，床尾和电视机之间的距离很近。
房间里没有烧水壶，不提供瓶装水。提供了肥皂、洗发水、润肤露。衞生间有暖气片，毛巾烤热了用很舒服。提供3个一次性纸杯，每个都用袋子塑封了，这个细节挺好的。
早餐跟其它欧洲酒店比稍微丰富一点，热菜有个5、6个，中国胃比较喜欢。

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shangri-La Roma by Omnia Hotels. The location is absolutely perfect – close to the EUR district and well connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to reach both the historic center and business areas.
The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing after long days out exploring the city.
The breakfast was another highlight: rich, varied, and delicious, offering both sweet and savory options to satisfy every taste. A great way to start the day!
Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

地理位置优越，停车方便，设施设备基本齐全，整个酒店布局优雅别致，衞生不错，服务人员态度非常好，早餐很好！

位置离机场打车20-30分钟，距离最近地铁站几个公交站。刚开始第一天到由於是晚上，出地铁口後也不知怎麽坐公交车，最後打了个uber. 其实很方便，地铁站出来不上台阶就是公交站。公交站到酒店不同班次走的路线不一样，最近的只要一站就到。早饭还是麪包，各种酱，水果……酒店房间我住的有个小阳台，房间比佛罗伦萨的大多了，遇到海航机组也是住那个酒店。进城去斗兽场，709、070、700路都可以坐到地铁站，然後转M线一路坐到斗兽场地铁站出来就是斗兽场。

位置偏远，服务人员专业不够。 房间内配置差（无热水瓶，水杯茶袋）。 要一再催才给。

Great Stay with Helpful and Patient Staff
I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and patient throughout my stay, always willing to assist with anything I needed. Despite my limited language skills, communication was smooth and there was hardly any language barrier. Their professionalism and friendliness made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!
