We can definitely recommend this hotel. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. We made use of the free shuttle to the metro station which made access to the city centre very straight forward. We were also able to recharge our car free of charge! Comfy beds, generously sized family room and ensuite and good breakfast selection rounded the stay off perfectly.

Good-sized room, generally clean but not spotless (found a few hairs). No kettle, only a soap bar (no hand gel), and plugs are European two?pin. Shower design wasn’t great—the lever to switch to the shower head kept slipping. TV is a smart TV but built?in apps are disabled; iPhone screen mirroring doesn’t work, you’d need a Samsung. Staff were polite and professional. Shuttle is handy from the station (5 mins, short wait) but not an airport transfer, which should be made clearer. Overall comfortable stay, but small improvements could make it much better.

酒店房间非常乾净整洁，楼顶的花园餐厅非常不错，晚上上去就餐非常有情调，氛围很好。
早餐自助餐也很好，吃到了炒饭，和甜甜的西瓜。
就是房间里的书桌有点太低，如果有太多文字工作的话，不是特别方便，希望改进。

Wonderful Stay at Your Hotel in Rome
I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel during my first trip to Rome, and I wanted to share how wonderful my experience was.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Since it was my first time in Rome, I truly appreciated the assistance I received from the receptionists, both during the day and at night. Their hospitality made my stay much more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent – complete and absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend your hotel, and I particularly appreciated the shuttle service to the metro station. It made getting around the city so much easier.
Thank you again for making my trip so memorable. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit!
