Every morning at 7:30 you are awakened by a chorus of landscape equipment on the course directly behind the rooms. You have to call the front desk to get towels and toilet paper. No room cleanings or changing sheets here. The grounds are very well kept and resort like however the little store to buy necessities is only open in the morning and evening, closed during the day so you have to drive to get anything you need. Staff is very nice and friendly. It seems management policies keep this from being to great destination.

Enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. Room was beautiful and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The golf course offers a great view, but the biggest bonus is the complimentary shuttle and boat ride to a private island beach with free lounge chairs. Hyatt also provides free coolers to borrow, as there are no food or drink options on the beach, and complimentary towels. The lazy river is also an amazing feature, and the pool area is great.

Great place to stay! The time share people are a little pushy but other than that, nothing but 5 stars for this resort.

Need help with…
No one cleaning up drink cups, no tennis channel, no smart TV, both restaurants have same menu, bed very soft and lumpy, limited staff at restaurants and bar so slow service, need 2 free water bottles, inside person told me property owned by Marriott so no perks for Hyatt status like no late checkout. Couldn’t reach property easily before visit. Front desk won’t answer if busy and you can’t leave a message. Concierge has no voice message.

Superb accommodations overall with porches and comfy AC, great space, kitchen has basics,
Bathrooms impressive, staff very nice, guests very nice, some fun activities like wine glass painting (warning no wine tasting as promoted though) loved all the waterfalls.

We love this place! Location is awesome! Shuttle to the beach, easy and fun! Staff were great! Amenities were a bit tired but didn't matter!

I’ll start off by saying everything was faultless.
Being newish it’s in pristine condition.
The room was lovely with excellent toiletries in the bathroom. There was a microwave, kettle, juicer and jug.
The pools area was superb. Loads of great places to relax by the 4 pools.
Nice veranda bar with good food. There was also a small morning cafe serving basic breakfasts and hot & cold drinks.
The reception area is stunning.
The rooms are in 4 blocks immediately adjacent to the reception area.
Given that it is a vacation resort rather than a hotel, it was 5 star luxury all the way. You’d definitely need a car to get anywhere realistically.
We loved and are definitely planning to return.

If weather is cooler than expected, there’s nothing to do and this is NOT conveniently located to anywhere else.
Not on the beach, requires a shuttle.
Rooms have a musty smell, overall signs of age across the resort. We had a shower that clearly wasn’t cleaned because there was someone’s hair in it and the shampoo, soap, conditioner were empty.

The property and staff were excellent The rooms could use some updating In room dining stops at 7, so we had to order delivery from a local pizza place

The property was very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and well kept. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room within our two bedroom suite. The pool was great and the kids had a great time within the 5 pools. Service was great and the staff were super nice.
