bilik ok nice, but the toilet need more to clean

Booked on behalf of my family, clean place, simple breakfast. The room space a bit small and hard to solat but very close to ciwalk! Literally right in front of the building.

The staff at the reception were unfriendly, the food level is so bad and it’s not clean .

Better and cleaner than other serela hotels, only some appliances needs replacing

Hotel dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, tapi sepertinya kurang terkontrol, seperti telpon yg sudah tidak berfungsi, alat pemanas air sudah rusak.
Selebihnya cukup baik.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, within walking distance. Indomart is also next to hotel.

Much love to stay at the hotel but i hope the hotel mgt try to reduce the smell of the room (smell like wet towel usable).
