Guest：Staff is hihgly friendly. Hotel has a good atmosphere. The only issue was the reception tried to charge me an extra fee (penalty) for the mistake which was their own responsibility. I explained them the issue and agreed. Overall, my journey was good.
Guest：Great location. Accessible. The hotel itself is a museum, and theyve got a fancy music bar. Also has a good restaurant. Room service was 24/7 which is excellent for jetlag. The room however is quite dated. Bits of problems with the shower, but it's hot and cold. Frontdesk and room service speaks english.

Guest：AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again
