Guest：This is the second time we stayed here. Another pleasant stay. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Perfect location. This time we had lunch in a nearby Chinese restaurant which was very nice. Best feature of the room is the rain head shower. Thank you so much for the warm welcome. See you again next time.

Guest：Stayed here now several times and the cleanliness has improved (was already clean, but it got better), also in better state of repair. Non smoking policy / enforcement has improved (had smoke smelling room last time). Wifi has improved. Breakfast the same, a little basic but good enough. Overall, good value for money: decent sized room with safe, enough space for everything. - Walking distance to German Embassy - Need low cost fast friendly laundry? Go into the small mall hallway at 7-eleven next to McDonalds: 35 PHP / kg (min charge is for 3 kg), pressing is extra at 30 PHP per piece supplied back on hanger - very nice people. - If you find this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.
Guest：We stayed here for a short two night break but after this stay we would have stayed a week or more. The hotel lobby was very nice and inviting. The young lady on reception (Michelle) was very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly and we were given directions to our room. Our room was very nice and looked exactly the same as the website photos. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was a very good size with a good selection of channels. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was very cold. Our favourite part was the rain head shower. Every aspect of our stay was excellent and couldn't be faulted in any way. The location was perfect. Within 5 minutes walk is McDonald's, KFC, Chowking, Shakey's, a Vietnamese restaurant and a large supermarket called Shopwise. If you wanted a quiet stay this hotel is perfect as the area is quiet and everything is within walking distance. Definitely worth considering this hotel.
