The room was amazing and clean. It had a nice aroma. The staff were polite and helpful too. Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal because we didn't want to go into London and it was bang on the exit from London.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Great pool and gym. The breakfast was ok but staff slow in replenishing. Evening meals on expensive side and staff could be friendlier. But nice hotel.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. ?Room was nice, however, the shower had a few mold spots and the glass shower door wasn’t functional making it hard to step out of the high tub. ?Overall it was a nice stay.

La réception de fait au milieu du hall d’entrée. ?La réceptionniste nous a re?u au lance pierre et ne nous a pas donner les informations pour le parking. ?Nous n’étions pas garé au bon endroit apparement, résultat 100 pounds d’amende. ?Merci Novotel
