  • Guest：The hotel has a great location. The only negative point was the noise.

  • Guest：The hotel location is strategic just in the middle of the rambla street. Near every thing there's lots of restaurants and shops around. The metro station liceu is just in front of the hotel. I came from airport with metro it was very practical. The room is clean my room was renovated but there's a problem with shower water it gets out of the plastic curtain. I had a kettle and nescafe and tea was replaced everyday.
  • Guest：Neat and tidy hotel room, with thin walls contributing to the noisiness if those in the corridors and next room are loud. The general public places need to be cleaned - especially the reception area. Toilet seats and bowl really need proper washing, even if bleach was used the lingering smell was there. Staff are polite and helpful.
