会员6503：住过这么多酒店，这家最差，而且差得很无语，第一天入住本人拿身份证登记，前台说不熟悉业务，不懂怎么登记，让我们晚上再来。晚上再次到前台登记，前台经理一直用手机玩王者荣耀，连眼尾都不忘一眼，就说没有跟艺龙合作，要求交现金，我说已经通过艺龙付款并已确认入住了，为什么还要重复交房费，那经理就说不交现金就不用身份证登记了。入住第二天凌晨一点，所有人已进入睡梦，一位自称工作人员的敲门并要求我拿身份证登记，服务态度非常不专业，业务非常不熟悉，为这次吴川之旅留下了非常不愉快的体验！！！！要不是艺龙评分设定要求一星以上，真的一星都不想给
