Guest：A beautifully designed hotel with a unique train-inspired theme. The overall atmosphere is charming and thoughtfully done, although some rooms may not look as vibrant or polished as the photos shown online. We requested to change rooms once, and the staff handled everything very professionally. The staff here truly stand out — they are extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help at all times. Their service made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The food was generally well prepared. Some dishes suited our taste while some not, but the staff were very caring and attentive, even checking in when they noticed we weren’t eating much, concerned that the food might not be to our liking. Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the whole day enjoying the property without needing to go anywhere else.

Guest：I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — jThe room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Definitely a place I would return to — highly recommended!
Guest：总体还可以，但浴巾等比较老旧，衞生间下水道也有点异味（可能和河景房有关吧），有一天晚上房间里还蹦出只小青蛙??
