Guest：Number one bonus to this resort is the location. You can’t beat the proximity to the Whaler shopping area and Black Rock and the beach is the most beautiful beach on Maui. The room was good, the bathroom in our particular units is difficult to get in and out of, so if you have mobility issues it’ll be a struggle. The hotel is clean and very nice. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend.
Guest：We had a great time. Our room was excellent. The views were spectacular. Check-in and out was a breeze. The shopping and dining choices were great and close. Prices were high but we were warned they would be. Loved this place and will be back.
Guest：Our room was a great size (king bed) and included a balcony with partial ocean view, kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, fridge), and laundry available on each floor. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly! You can't beat that it is right on Kaanapali beach and less than 5 minute walk to Whalers Village.
Guest：Very clean, lovely helpful staff in check-in/lobby. We stayed on the south side on 11th floor, overlooking the mall next to us. The views of the beach and mountain were beautiful, amazing, but even in November, it was full sun on the balcony, no shade (if you do or don't like that). The noise from the mall air conditioner (?) was 24 hrs and it was loud, add the restaurant chimneys (we could smell constant burning off/cleaning in a.m., steak smell during all day/eve). Luckily we were on the 11th floor, so it could have worse if we were lower down. Will return, but not stay on that side. (Yes, we could have asked to be moved, but we arrived at 3 a.m. and exhausted, and it didn't seem like it would be a problem. We just realized over time that it was a bit of a negative.)
