Love this hotel , great location at the beach and the staff do a great job looking after this property .

The rooms are dated, by which I mean they're older building. Furnishings are modern.. But everything was clean, and staff are great. Would definitely stay here if i'm ever back in the area.

Not much in the way of amenities in the room. About as basic room as you can get. Bed, TV(that doesn’t work unless you sign into your own streaming service), 4 hangers, and that’s pretty much it. For the price we paid $220.00, not worth it.

Room was very dated and not as clean as it should be. The water coming out of the sinks was dirty and rusty. Floors in my room was not level and very warn.

Super cute hotel, room was clean and area felt super safe. Breakers is a fun street for food and shopping. The gym and the spa were closed for repairs so not sure why they’re charging a resort fee but other than that I’d totally stay there again. The location can’t be beat.

When we arrived at the facility we were immediately surprised that we had to pay $10.00 per day for parking and the parking was extremely limited, you got a space or you didn't. There was not food available at the hotel, you had to walk a block to find a couple of small coffee shops.
There were no phones in the room, use of your own to call the office was required. The television was ROKU only (no cable) and if you did not have your own account you was again out of luck. No microwave in the room.
The drapes in the room provided no light restriction, we were in the middle of a well lighted city, because there were no blackout curtain to go with them. You could read a book with the curtains closed.
The hotel had an outside bar area at the pool that did not close until 2AM and the noise from it kept us up until they closed. When I complained to the front office, I was told that they could do nothing about it.
The hotel itself was built in the 1950's and has been remodeled, I think better attention should have been paid to paying hotel guests instead of night owls.
The only good thing I will say that was acceptable was the housekeeping staff was good. They fulfilled our requirements.
Overall , I will say DO NOT stay at this Resort and Spa (REALLY !!!!) unless you wish to throw away your money and NOT enjoy your visit to Ft. Lauderdale.

Room was clean. TV in BR did not work. Would recommend some type of "non-slip" surface be placed in bathtub - quite a dangerous situation. For an "extended" stay, this would be an acceptable choice - not recommended for the "business traveler" since there's very few amenities onsite.

The disinfectant smell was overpowering in the room, and the shower water control was not working correctly. The door didn’t open correctly, or close correctly.

Great staff. Everything was great except the doors need some maintenance. They are hard to open and close and the latches are falling apart
